Job summary

Fashion Nova is seeking a Senior Creative Producer to join its Studio Operations team in Beverly Hills. The role leads end-to-end planning, execution, and organization of fashion photoshoots, ensuring on-budget delivery of assets from concept through delivery.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record producing high-quality fashion shoots, managing budgets and timelines, and collaborating with creative teams and stakeholders to deliver exceptional visual content for eCommerce.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Creative Photo Shoot Producer within the fashion industry.
• Proven track record of managing budgets, timelines, and schedules for photoshoots.
• Demonstrated expertise in project management with the ability to prioritize and oversee multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end eCommerce production and manage the daily creative studio workflow, ensuring 6-8 active sets run smoothly and on time.
• Implement disciplined processes that drive studio success and develop proactive solutions for inefficiencies.
• Drive daily performance metrics and report on KPI achievements to the wider management team.
• Partner with the Sample Operations Manager to oversee the studio schedule and ensure product is shot in priority order.
• Manage the daily shoot schedule in collaboration with the eCommerce Art Director, Talent Manager, and Styling Manager.
• Deliver accurate daily shot lists to the set teams to guarantee high-priority items are captured first.
• Support recruitment efforts to attract top-tier talent and oversee the current talent roster.
• Lead onboarding and training of new team members to align with studio workflows.
• Provide production support for editorial and campaign shoots as priorities shift.
• Take responsibility for studio invoice management, budget tracking, and vendor processing.
