Loloi Rugs in Dallas is seeking a Director of Studio to own the end-to-end lifecycle of all non-location content, including in-studio photography and video, DAM, and post-production workflows. You will lead a team across production, photography, and asset management to ensure assets move smoothly from creation to delivery.
The role requires 5+ years in studio production and a proven ability to run a studio autonomously.
Loloi Rugs is a leading textile brand that designs and crafts rugs, pillows, and throws for the thoughtfully layered home. Family-owned and led since 2004, Loloi is growing more quickly than ever. To date, we've expanded our diverse team to hundreds of employees, invested in multiple distribution facilities, introduced thousands of products, and earned the respect and business of retailers and designers worldwide. A testament to our products and our team, Loloi has earned the ARTS Award for "Best Rug Manufacturer" in 2010, 2011, 2015, 2016, 2018, 2023, and 2025.
The Director of Studio owns digital asset management, the studio environment and the full lifecycle of all non-location content. This includes in-studio product photography and video as well as the derived and rendered or composited non-lifestyle assets. The role leads product photography post-production and the digital asset pipeline end to end, ensuring content of every type is processed, organized, and delivered accurately and efficiently across all channels. It combines operational leadership of the physical studio with ownership of digital asset management and the program accounts that power the content workflow. Success in this role means the studio runs autonomously and every asset -captured or rendered -moves cleanly from creation to delivery.
This role is based in our Dallas headquarters 5x a week.
Your direct reports in this role currently include our Digital Asset Manager, Studio Producer, Photo Studio Manager, and Photographers. This role reports to the VP of Marketing for Loloi and VP of Marketing for Joon Loloi and is a frequent collaborator with our Director of Creative Production.
