Job summary

Town & Country Living in Glen Rock, NJ, is seeking a Photographer/Videographer to lead creative direction in a high-volume in-house studio, delivering strong lighting for video and stills and maintaining brand consistency.

You will collaborate with styling and marketing leaders to expand brand guides, manage DAM processes, and produce compelling media for e-commerce and marketing materials, while staying adaptable and eager to learn.

Qualifications

• Exceptional digital photography, lighting, and compositional skills.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating lifestyle and interiors photography and video; must provide a link with resume.
• Preference for photographers with soft goods experience.
• Experience in commercial photography with 5+ years or post-secondary education.
• Interest in home interiors and trends in lifestyle brands and online commerce.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-house photography and video shoots, including lighting and composition for multiple formats.
• Collaborate with styling, post-production, and DAM teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Develop and evolve studio processes and workflows under Creative Studio leadership.
• Produce media for e-commerce, social media, signage, and marketing materials.
• Support external stakeholders and drive production forward to meet timelines.
