You will oversee budgets, vendor negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality assets for eCommerce and campaigns.

Requirements include 4 years in studio management, proficiency in Capture One and Adobe Creative Suite, and a track record of delivering on-brand content on time.

• 4 years of studio management experience.
• Experience leading production teams in photo/video.
• Ability to manage budgets and negotiate with vendors.
• Proficiency in Capture One and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of photo and video production, scheduling and asset delivery.
• Lead a team of creatives to deliver high-quality assets for eCommerce and campaigns.
• Partner with Creative Director for studio and on-location shoots.
• Develop and optimize internal production processes and production budgets.
• Ensure on-brand content meets brand standards and deadlines.
