Job summary

RugsUSA seeks an experienced Photo Studio Lead to manage the production of photo and video content for Rugs USA and Annie Selke. You will oversee the full production process, ensuring collaboration across Marketing, Creative, and cross-functional teams to maintain brand alignment and achieve strategic goals.

This on-site role is based at our Cranbury, NJ photo studio, 5 days a week. You will lead a team, optimize workflows, and manage budgets while delivering exceptional visual content for

Qualifications

• 4+ years in studio management or equivalent leadership role.
• Proven track record delivering on-brand photo/video content for eCommerce/campaigns.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Creative, Product).
• Proficiency with Capture One and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of photo and video production, including scheduling and resource allocation.
• Lead a team of creatives to deliver high-quality assets on time for site launches and campaigns.
• Plan and execute studio and on-location shoots with the Creative Director.
