Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking a team member to provide expert photo services, digital passport photos, and support for customer service transactions.

You will own the photo department’s inventory, monitor supply levels, and ensure product availability to meet customer needs. The role includes promoting photo offerings, assisting at checkout, and supporting merchandising while maintaining a safe, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers at the photo counter with warmth and purpose, offering personalized products and services.
• Delivers courteous, accurate service at the register, processing purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks.
• Maintains photo department inventory, supplies, organization, and readiness to meet customer demand.
• Promotes photo products and services and supports merchandising initiatives.
• Operates related services (FedEx, Western Union, and online order fulfillment) with adherence to policies.
• Maintains clean, safe, and well-merchandised department and supports store appearance.
• Collaborates with team members and assists with training and coverage as needed.
