Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Photo Specialist to deliver expert photo services, including digital passport photos, while supporting customer service transactions at the checkout and around the photo department. You will manage inventory, monitor supplies, and ensure product availability to meet customer needs.

You will promote photo products, assist with merchandising, and collaborate with team members to maintain a safe, clean, and customer-focused environment that supports business goals.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers at the photo counter with warmth and purpose, greeting and assisting to identify needs.
• Models customer-obsessed service behaviors to deliver a distinctive experience and resolve issues.
• Delivers courteous, accurate service in the photo department, including digital passport photos and promotions.
• Recommends products, services, upgrades, and related items to drive sales.
• Processes transactions accurately with cash handling and returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Maintains photo department inventory, organization, and clean, safe appearance.
