Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Photo Department team member to deliver expert photo services, digital passport photos, and support for customer service transactions. You will own the photo department's inventory, organize supplies, and ensure product availability to meet customer needs.

The role involves greeting customers, processing transactions, and supporting merchandising activities, while maintaining a clean, safe environment and collaborating with teammates to achieve store goals.

Qualifications

• Fluent English reading, writing and speaking.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Six months retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers courteous, friendly, accurate, and efficient service in the photo department, including digital passport photo services and promotion of photo products and services.
• Processes customer transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks, while adhering to cash handling procedures.
• Owns the inventory, supplies, organization, and operational readiness of the photo department by monitoring inventory levels and maintaining records.
• Provides customer support for services such as FedEx and Western Union, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and well‑merchandised photo department and supports merchandising initiatives.
