Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Photo Specialist to deliver a distinctive customer experience at the photo counter. You will provide expert photo services, including digital passport photos, and support transactions at checkout, while promoting photo products and services to meet customer needs.

You will own the photo department's inventory and operations, maintain a clean and safe environment, and collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of retail experience; prior Walgreens experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers at the photo counter with warmth and purpose.
• Delivers courteous, accurate photo services and handles transactions.
• Manages inventory, supplies, and organization of the photo department.
• Processes photo, online, and web pickup orders accurately and timely.
• Promotes photo products and services to drive sales opportunities.
• Supports merchandising, displays, and cross-training of team members.
