Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy in Eugene, OR is seeking a dedicated Phone Technician to support our 100% on-site long-term care pharmacy operations. You will handle facility calls, route orders, and triage requests while maintaining accuracy and timely communication with healthcare teams.

Ideal candidates have a Pharmacy Technician license and experience in fast-paced environments. Training is available for growth into pharmacy technician duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician license required.
• Experience in a fast-paced, phone-heavy customer service environment.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to triage requests and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls from facility customers promptly and professionally.
• Take refill and medication orders and route them to the appropriate team.
• Triage questions to the right person or department.
• Update resident information with Medical Records and process requests.
• Ensure orders move smoothly and follow up as needed.
