Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy, LLC in Eugene, Oregon, is seeking a Licensed Oregon Pharmacy Technician for our Fulfillment Department. This part-time role focuses on precise packaging using the SynMed system, with no customer-facing duties and on-the-job training provided.

No prior pharmacy experience is required; we value reliability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude as you help deliver medications to long-term care patients.

Qualifications

  • Active Oregon Pharmacy Technician License in good standing.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move large medication trays.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor the SynMed machine to package medications accurately.
  • Load medication trays and packaging materials, verify labeling.
  • Troubleshoot minor machine issues and contact SynMed support when needed.
  • Communicate inventory and equipment concerns to staff; maintain a clean workspace.
  • Follow all pharmacy policies and regulatory requirements.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Part-time, 24 hours per week

  • Saturday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Sunday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Ideally one weekday shift (preferably Monday or Friday): 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Managed Healthcare Pharmacy is a closed-door long-term care pharmacy serving patients in skilled nursing, assisted living, and other long-term care settings. Instead, our team focuses on accuracy, efficiency, and making sure medications are prepared correctly and delivered on time to the patients who depend on them.

We're currently seeking aLicensed Oregon Pharmacy Technician to join our Fulfillment Department. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in getting the details right.

No pharmacy experience? That's okay. We're happy to train the right person. What matters most is a strong work ethic, reliability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

What You'll Do

You’ll spend most of your shift operating ourSynMed automated medication packaging system, helping ensure medications are packaged accurately and on time for delivery to the long-term care facilities we serve.

Responsibilities include
  • Operating and monitoring the SynMed machine throughout the shift
  • Loading and handling medication trays and packaging materials
  • Verifying medication packaging and labeling accuracy
  • Troubleshooting minor machine issues and contacting SynMed support when needed
  • Communicating inventory, equipment, or medication concerns to pharmacy staff
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
  • Following all pharmacy policies and regulatory requirements
