Responsibilities

• Answer calls from facility customers promptly and professionally.
• Take refill, new, or other medication orders and route to the appropriate pharmacy team.
• Triage requests to the right team member or department.
• Update orders in the pharmacy system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and prevent gaps.
• Coordinate with Medical Records and Order Entry as needed.
