Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy, LLC is seeking a reliable Phone Technician for our 100% on-site work in Eugene, OR. You will handle facility calls, route orders, and support the pharmacy team in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has experience in phone-heavy customer service, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task and stay organized. Licenses and certifications such as a Pharmacy Technician license are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician License required.
• PTCB certification preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced, phone-heavy customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls from facility customers promptly and professionally.
• Take refill, new, backup, and other medication orders and route them to the appropriate pharmacy team.
• Triage questions and requests to the right team member or department.
• Refill appropriate orders in the pharmacy system when able.
• Follow up with customers as promised to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Link delivery sheets and prescription documentation into DocuTrack and coordinate with Medical Records.
