Job summary

LegalShield is seeking an Associate Services Phone Representative to provide exceptional customer service to associates via phone and email. You will be the first point of contact, addressing inquiries with empathy and delivering clear, accurate information while maintaining records and following procedures.

Under supervision, collaborate with sales and technical support, participate in process improvements, meet performance targets, and ensure timely, high-quality responses.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience in a call center environment preferred.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications.
• Great organization and communication skills.
• High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist associates via phone and email with inquiries and concerns.
