Job summary

Intoxalock, part of the Mindr family, is seeking a Phone Sales Associate to close and schedule installations for leads received by phone. This full-time role includes paid training and guaranteed commissions for the first 90 days.

Average annual pay ranges from $75k to $85k, with top earners over $100k and uncapped commissions. Hours are Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–9:30 PM Central Time (adjusted for other time zones), with one Saturday or Sunday every 4th week.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required; Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• 0-3 years of sales experience.
• Ability to type 30+ wpm.
• Desire to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong motivation and desire to control own income (commission-driven).

Responsibilities

• Handle warm leads, communicate with prospects primarily via phone, close sales, and schedule installations (No Cold Calling).
• Build value to uncover needs and overcome objections.
• Maintain minimum quality expectations.
• Timely follow up on active prospect list.
• Work with Sales Team management to improve performance.
• Understand the entire sales process from lead creation to closing.
• All other duties as assigned.
