Job summary

Intoxalock is seeking a Bilingual Phone Sales Associate to close and schedule installations for both English and Spanish speaking customers. The role offers a base salary of $75k–$85k with uncapped commissions and potential earnings over $100k per year.

You will work Monday–Friday, 1:00PM–9:30PM Central, with one weekend every 4th week. Expect to handle warm leads, close sales, and collaborate with the Sales Team to improve performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 0–3 years of sales experience.
• Ability to type 30+ words per minute.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Commission-driven mindset and ability to influence income.

Responsibilities

• Handle warm leads via phone in English and Spanish.
• Close sales and schedule installations.
• Build value and uncover customer needs to overcome objections.
• Maintain quality expectations for calls.
• Follow up on active prospect list and aid team performance.
• Understand the full sales process from lead to closing.
