Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the use of HOLT’s Values Based Leadership tools and processes to align with Vision, Values, and Mission.
• Sales of parts to customers over the phone, via fax, e-mail or in person; serves as contact for parts customers.
• Completes all parts transactions for internal/external customers accurately and timely to ensure satisfaction.
• Participates in sales programs sponsored by HOLT and the dealership manufacturer; aims to meet or exceed objectives.
• Keeps product information systems current and updates new product information.
• Assists customers by responding to after-hours call-out needs on a rotating basis.
• Adheres to safety policies and company standards; performs other duties as assigned.
