Qualifications

• Professional and clear speaking voice suitable for high-volume phone work.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts.
• Comfort working with multi-line phone systems and basic office computers.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing or reception role is helpful but not mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary point of contact for everyone who calls Mark Porter Auto Group, ensuring each caller feels welcome.
• Direct incoming inquiries to the appropriate department, whether it is service, sales, or parts.
• Manage our main switchboard with patience and efficiency, even during busy hours.
• Take detailed messages and relay them promptly to team members via email or internal systems.
• Assist with light administrative tasks when phone traffic is low to keep our front office running smoothly.
• Maintain an organized log of daily calls to help us better understand our customer needs.
