Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy Services in Eugene, OR is seeking a professional Pharmacy Technician - Reception to join our on-site team. You will be the first point of contact for facilities, processing orders and ensuring accurate, timely communication.

This full-time position requires a licensed Pharmacy Technician with strong communication and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting. We offer training and growth opportunities within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, phone-heavy customer service environment.
• Strong communication skills with facility staff.
• Multitask and prioritize while handling multiple calls and requests.
• Triage requests to the right person or team with good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls from facility customers promptly and professionally.
• Take refill, new, backup, and other medication orders and route them to the appropriate team.
• Triage questions and requests to the right team member or department.
• Refill appropriate orders in the pharmacy system when able.
• Follow up with customers and ensure no items fall through the cracks.
• Coordinate with Medical Records to update resident information.
