Job summary

Managed Healthcare Pharmacy in Eugene, Oregon is seeking a dependable Phone Technician to support facility customers in a fast-paced, phone-heavy environment. You will take medication orders, triage requests, and ensure accurate routing to the appropriate team.

The ideal candidate has pharmacy technician license (PTCB preferred) and can multitask while maintaining attention to detail. This is an on-site role with a Monday-Friday schedule and pay range $19-$22 per hour.

• Strong communication and professional interactions with facility staff.

• Good judgment to triage requests to the right person or team.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls from facility customers promptly and professionally.
• Take refill, new, backup, and other medication orders and route them to the suitable team.
• Triage questions and route to the right team member.
• Refill orders in the pharmacy system when possible.
• Follow up with customers to ensure callbacks and no items fall through.
• Link delivery sheets and prescription documentation into DocuTrack.
