Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy of Kentucky is hiring for a full-time pharmacy technician role at our new Lexington location. On-site work, you’ll enter prescriptions, triage faxes, and maintain accurate notes in the pharmacy system while delivering top-notch customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pharmacy technician license/certification/registration required per state.
• National Certification (PTCB) preferred.
• 2+ years related experience; strong computer skills and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Enter new and refill prescriptions into the operating system accurately and timely.
• Triage incoming fax prescriptions to ensure timely dispensing.
• Verify notes and coding in the computer system.
• Communicate with customers by phone and respond promptly.
• Support cycle medication processing and delivery deadlines as needed.
• Perform filing, packaging, inventory tasks, and general duties.
