Security Finance is seeking a customer service representative to manage most interactions over the phone and provide friendly, effective communication in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle cash with accuracy, pursue account gains through loan-related outreach, and ensure compliance with lending regulations and company policies while processing loan applications.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Collections experience (direct first party collections/skip tracing) preferred.
• Ability to work the phone for most of the day.
• Schedule includes Monday–Friday until 8 PM and Saturdays; location varies.
