Responsibilities

• Present service options and convert opportunities into closed sales.
• Re-engage prior leads and rehash opportunities that did not previously convert.
• Maintain high call volume while delivering excellent customer service.
• Track customer interactions and sales activity within company systems.
• Meet or exceed conversion and revenue targets.
