Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter in Houston, TX is expanding its Inside Sales team to close sales from company-provided warm leads. You will follow up with homeowners, build rapport over the phone, and convert opportunities into booked sales.

The role requires strong phone sales experience, high energy, and proven ability to close. This full-time position offers competitive base pay with uncapped commissions and strong growth opportunities within a national service organization.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to close sales over the phone.
• High energy, confidence and persuasive skills.
• Inside sales, phone sales, or rehash sales experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple leads in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with warm leads generated by the sales and marketing teams.
• Make high-volume calls.
• Contact homeowners who previously requested service or consultations.
• Build rapport and identify HVAC or home service needs.
• Present service options and convert opportunities into closed sales.
• Re-engage prior leads and rehash opportunities that did not previously convert.
• Maintain high call volume while delivering excellent customer service.
• Track customer interactions and sales activity in company systems.
• Meet or exceed conversion and revenue targets.
