ARS-Rescue Rooter is expanding its Inside Sales team and hiring Phone Sales Specialists to close sales from warm leads. The role focuses on following up with homeowners, building rapport over the phone, and converting opportunities into booked sales.

You will work in a fast-paced inside sales environment with strong team culture, weekly pay, and growth opportunities within a national service organization.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to close sales over the phone.
• High energy, confidence, and persuasion.
• Inside sales or phone sales experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple leads in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• As an Inside Sales Representative, close sales from company leads and schedule services.
• Follow up with warm leads generated by the sales and marketing teams.
• Make high-volume calls to homeowners seeking service.
• Build rapport and identify HVAC or home service needs.
• Present service options and convert opportunities into closed sales.
• Re-engage prior leads and rehash opportunities that did not convert.
• Maintain high call volume and deliver excellent customer service.
• Track interactions and sales activity in company systems.
• Meet or exceed conversion and revenue targets.
