Job summary

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, experience in collections is a plus, and must be able to work a schedule that includes evenings and Saturdays as needed for location.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Able to pass a criminal background check
• Collections experience preferred
• Phone-based work for majority of day
• Schedule includes Monday–Friday until 8 PM and Saturdays (location varies)

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service
• Maintaining office cash with accuracy and security
• Achieving account gain through loan judgment and customer solicitation
• Ensuring compliance with state and federal lending regulations and company policies
• Ensuring prompt completion of loan applications
• Ensuring compliance with company record keeping procedures
