Job summary

Moov Pool Products is seeking a motivated Sales Representative (DSM) based in Phoenix to strengthen relationships with current customers and drive growth in the West Phoenix/North Arizona region. You will report to Jason, Regional Sales Manager, and act as the local face of the company to build partnerships and expand market presence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of driving growth and achieving sales targets.
• Self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused.
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
• CRM experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and increase market penetration across West Phoenix/North Arizona region.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote our solutions.
• Execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory goals and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities through prospecting, networking, and customer referrals.
• Collaborate with the sales team and Regional Sales Manager to maximize growth opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities throughout the region.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity, and forecasts within the CRM system.
• Provide regular updates on territory performance, key accounts, and sales pipeline development.
