Westland Distributing seeks a Territory Sales Manager to drive profitable growth in the Phoenix, AZ area. The role focuses on expanding revenue with repeat customers and actively sourcing new accounts through planned in-person visits and branch collaboration.

The ideal candidate will build expert knowledge of MH products, the local market, and customer base to consistently hit sales targets, while traveling regularly to support field activities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven performance in an Outside Sales role.
• Outgoing relationship builder who quickly connects with people.
• Ability to personally create a territory sales plan and execute it.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Sage 100 experience is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and growth mindset.
• Willingness to travel overnight to call on accounts.

Responsibilities

• Calls on current accounts and prospects in person to generate sales and build relationships with decision makers.
• Develops and executes a territory market plan to meet sales budgets and growth goals.
• Schedules appointments to balance face-to-face time with existing customers and new prospects.
• Uses internal tracking tools to document sales activities and outcomes.
• Provides product knowledge and collateral support to customers and training to new users.
