Broadreach Staffing is seeking a Sales Manager - West for a client in the Greater Phoenix area. You will lead, coach and develop a multi-location West region sales team, driving luxury B2C revenue and delivering an exceptional customer journey in line with the brand.

This role reports to the President, North American Operations and requires strategic planning, data-driven decision making, and strong relationship management.

Formación

• Experience leading luxury high-value B2C sales environments.
• Strong track record in developing and managing sales pipelines for long sales cycles.
• Ability to lead, coach and grow remote, high-performing sales teams.
