Job summary

Pape’ Rents in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Rental Territory Manager to grow our short- and long-term equipment rentals. You will focus on increasing market share within the territory, building relationships with new and existing customers, and driving sales in a competitive environment.

You’ll work in a lucrative sales path with earnings through salary plus commission. A valid driver’s license and experience with rental equipment are preferred, with extensive benefits and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• 5 years previous sales experience and knowledge of rental equipment preferred.
• Financing background preferred.
• Excellent customer relations skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Sell/rent short-term and long-term equipment rentals and build market share in the territory.
• Develop relationships with new and current customers and drive territory growth.
• Operate within a defined territory and represent the company in a professional manner.
• Utilize company vehicle for client visits and territory development.
