Integrity Staffing Solutions seeks a Strategic Hunter to drive sales for regional accounts across Phoenix, Reno, and Texas, focusing on hunting new business and building long-term client relationships.

You will prospect, tailor communications using consultative sales techniques, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, handing off to Operations as needed. Local Phoenix market knowledge is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record in building a new book of business and meeting/exceeding goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and cold call regional accounts matching Integrity’s client profile.
• Use consultative sales techniques to tailor communication and approach for different personalities.
• Develop and close new accounts and transition prospects into long-term clients.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial prospecting through to close and handoff to Operations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and be the primary contact for clients.
• Continuously assess market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to secure profitable, long-term contracts.
• Keep the Bullhorn CRM up to date for forecasting and reporting.
