Qualifikationen

• 2 to 3 years as a Regional Property Manager.
• Phoenix based, with lease-up experience.
• Advanced bookkeeping knowledge and general accounting function proficiency.
• Understanding of current legal responsibilities of properties.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Aufgaben

• Manage a portfolio and motivate a sales team.
• Create and develop lasting relationships with vendors and staff.
• Implement a competitive marketing strategy.
• Work with the owners to identify property goals and objectives.
• Implement effective cost control, revenue maximization, and delinquency management.
• Collaborate with Community Managers on yearly operating budgets and sales/marketing plans.
• Maximize rental income and ensure reports are completed timely.
• Train and motivate associates to achieve sales goals.
• Maintain extensive product knowledge on all properties and competitors.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
