Qualifications

• 2–3 years as a Regional Property Manager.
• Advanced bookkeeping knowledge and general accounting functions.
• Understanding of current legal responsibilities of properties.
• Excellent organizational skills and extreme attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a property portfolio and motivate a sales team.
• Develop lasting relationships with vendors and staff.
• Implement competitive marketing strategies.
• Identify property goals with owners.
• Control costs, maximize revenue, and manage delinquencies.
