Job summary

Regional Sales Representative position in Phoenix, AZ with a health insurance carrier. Office-based role requiring in-person and virtual engagement with licensed brokers to sell small-group plans.

No prior sales or insurance experience is required; comprehensive product and licensing training is provided. Base salary plus uncapped commissions, with strong earning potential and room for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience making outbound calls and managing a pipeline.
• Ability to train brokers on products and sales processes.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Make 40–50 outbound calls a day to licensed brokers.
• Build broker partnerships through calls, virtual and in-person meetings.
• Train brokers on health plan products and sales process.
• Prepare health plan proposals and support deals through quote to implementation.
• Keep CRM records up to date and provide market feedback to leadership.
• Travel within the region ~15–20% of the time.
