Job summary

Optimyl Benefits is seeking a Regional Sales Representative in Phoenix, AZ, to drive profitable growth by developing durable broker partnerships in the small group market. This in-office role involves outbound activity, training brokers on a tailored product portfolio, and delivering consultative solutions through the entire sales cycle.

• Proven ability to build broker relationships and manage a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with licensed life and health brokers via calls, virtual meetings, and in-person visits.
• Introduce brokers to Optimyl’s small group product offerings and train them on sales process.
• Design small employer healthcare proposals and provide consultative solutions.
• Deliver support across the full sales cycle from quote to implementation.
• Maintain broker activity records in the CRM and support forecasting.
