Job summary

One Medical in Phoenix is seeking an Advanced Practitioner (NP/PA) to manage a diverse patient panel across acute, chronic, and preventive visits. You will treat patients in-office, at testing centers, and via tele-health, while engaging in weekly Clinical Rounds and collaborating with both in-office and virtual teams.

This full-time role requires an accredited NP/PA program with national certification and an Arizona license by your start date, with opportunities to perform in-office procedures

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: <br>2 years outpatient PCP, OR 1 year outpatient PCP + fellowship or 1+ year urgent care
• State licensed in Arizona by start date

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers and conducting tele-health visits
• Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities
• Collaborating with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams
• Performing in-office procedures with clinical training
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states
