BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney in Phoenix, AZ to manage motor vehicle liability and automobile accident cases representing plaintiffs in Arizona. The role involves guiding clients through the process, drafting filings, and coordinating with expert witnesses.

You will handle depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances while maintaining excellent client service and strong advocacy skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of personal injury, auto liability, or MVA experience preferred.
• Active membership in good standing with the State Bar Association in AZ.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day litigation cases.
• Draft and file litigation documents.
• Guide plaintiff clients through the case process.
• Interact with expert witnesses.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
