You will handle pre-litigation and litigation tasks, draft filings, guide clients, and work with experts to prepare reports. The role involves depositions, mediations, and court appearances with a focus on strong advocacy.

Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the State Bar (AZ).
• Minimum 3+ years of personal injury or general liability experience.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle pre-litigation and litigation cases daily.
• Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Interact with expert witnesses and draft reports.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
