Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Personal Injury Pre-Suit Attorney to join their Phoenix, AZ office. The role focuses on managing pre-litigation, guiding clients, and drafting pre-litigation documents for automotive personal injury cases.

Ideal candidates hold a JD, are active members of the AZ State Bar, and possess 2+ years of PI experience with strong leadership and communication skills. Experience with high-volume cases and a customer-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal injury experience.
• Active AZ State Bar Association membership in good standing.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent client service and communication abilities.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle all pre-litigation work daily.
• Oversee the Flip-to-Lit approval process and ensure compliance.
• Guide clients through the case process and maintain high service standards.
• Draft and file pre-litigation documents.
• Complete TD approval for liability issues.
• Oversee settlement negotiations and prepare demand packages.
• Lead a team of 6-10 Case Managers and drive KPIs.
• Conduct EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statements.
