Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Personal Injury Supervising Attorney in Phoenix, AZ. The role leads the Pre-Litigation team to secure settlements in wrongful death, TBI, catastrophic injury, and major orthopedic cases, while managing a significant caseload and supervising Case Managers.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, possess a JD, be admitted to the AZ Bar, and bring at least 2 years of personal injury experience. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Arizona bar admission in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years in personal injury.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in the Pre-Litigation department to secure settlements.
• Manage caseload and supervise Case Managers.
• Interface with clients, adjust strategy and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with departments including Demands/Negotiation and Liens.
• Provide guidance and counsel to junior attorneys.
