Job summary

Opus is seeking a Superintendent for our Phoenix, AZ market who can travel occasionally to meet project needs. The role plans and organizes field construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget while protecting client and community reputation.

You will lead safety, planning, scheduling, project oversight, and team supervision on diverse projects, maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and local stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor safety; enforce site safety plans and records
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate construction activities
• Direct all phases of work onsite and ensure on-time completion
• Manage subcontractors and project budgets to meet specs
• Ensure quality and compliance with plans, specs and codes
• Hold weekly jobsite meetings and provide progress updates
