Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates from drawings, specs, and design information.
• Develop budgets, preliminary to final bid proposals for modular projects.
• Analyze material, labor, equipment, transportation, and subcontractor costs.
• Communicate with customers to clarify requirements and gather data.
• Review pricing from suppliers and subcontractors and identify cost-saving options.
• Evaluate project risks and apply contingencies as needed.
• Price change orders and revisions; coordinate with Engineering and teams.
• Manage multiple estimates and prioritization of tasks.
