Mortenson is seeking an Estimator II in Phoenix, AZ to gather, calculate, and compile data to produce project estimates. For smaller projects, this role will prepare the full estimate.

Responsibilities include creating project estimates, takeoffs, bidding with trade partners, preparing RFPs, and supporting estimating software and cost data management. Training will be provided to new estimators.

• Background in estimating methods and software tools.
• Proven communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Create project estimates and quantity takeoffs.
• Solicit bid estimates from trade partners and prepare comparison sheets.
• Assist in preparing RFPs and estimating schedules.
