Job summary

nVent is seeking a Structural Estimator to analyze drawings, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare material cost and labor estimates for modular building projects and site services. You will examine data to assess material and labor demands, draft quote sheets, and compute cost factors while coordinating with sales and vendors to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Analyze drawings, specifications, proposals and other docs to prepare material cost and labor estimates.
• Compute cost factors and prepare estimates for planning, organizing and scheduling work.
• Conduct studies to establish standard labor and material rates.
