Job summary

Group Management Services (GMS) is seeking an HR Account Manager to drive client relationships across the Greater Phoenix market. You will deliver consultative HR services, create deliverables such as handbooks and job descriptions, and design trainings for managers and staff.

Travel daily to client sites, manage multiple accounts, and provide timely guidance on federal, state, and local HR updates while delivering exceptional customer service and building trusted partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; PHR or SHRM certification is a plus.
• 2-4 years experience in customer service; 2-3 years HR experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable presenting in front of large groups.
• Valid driver's license; regular daily travel throughout Phoenix

• Provide professional HR services to clients via phone, email, and on-site.
• Develop HR deliverables such as handbooks, job descriptions, surveys, etc.
• Design and conduct HR trainings/workshops for managers and employees
• Research and provide updates to Federal, State, and Local laws
• Serve as the first point of contact for payroll, benefits, and risk management inquiries

What are some expectations for this role?

Get out of the office daily with regular travel throughout the Greater Phoenix market for HR consultations!

• This position is responsible for multiple clients across a variety of industries throughout the Greater Phoenix market
• Provide professional human resources services in a consultative role to clients via phone, email, and on site
• Develop a variety of HR deliverables for clients such as handbooks, job descriptions, surveys, etc.
• Design and conduct HR trainings/workshops for managers and/or their employees
• Research and provide recent updates and revisions to Federal, State, and Local laws
• Serve as the first point of contact for payroll, benefits, and risk management inquiries
• Above all, provide first class customer service for our clientele to foster and maintain the client relationship!

What are the qualifications for this role?
