Job summary

Zipline is seeking a Marketing Manager to own the Phoenix market's strategy and performance. You will drive growth across awareness, customer acquisition, referrals, and merchant launches, pairing brand and lifecycle marketing with partnerships and local activations.

You will collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Community Engagement, and the broader Marketing org to align investments with the market's priorities and measure impact.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of marketing, growth, brand or related field experience.
• Experience developing integrated marketing strategies across multiple disciplines.
• Strong business judgment to prioritise opportunities by impact.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing without authority.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical skills with clear success metrics and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing strategy, priorities, and performance for the Phoenix market.
• Understand customer behavior, priorities, competition, and local opportunities to drive growth.
• Create integrated marketing plans blending brand, lifecycle, partnerships, community engagement and activations.
• Identify and prioritise local growth opportunities based on impact and needs.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Community Engagement, and Marketing to execute plans.
• Bring customer insights and local learnings back to the organisation.
• Define success metrics and continuously refine strategy based on results.
