Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field with 5+ years of operational field service and/or customer relation leadership in semiconductor capital equipment.
• Experience managing a key customer site with staff is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee field services activities including safety and quality at key customer sites.
• Plan and develop on-site installation, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting policies and guidelines.
• Ensure field service projects are completed within budget and deadlines.
• Oversee scheduling and training of field service representatives, considering skill level and site requirements.
• Handle service contracts and direct support services to meet contractual obligations.
• Provide leadership and forecast data for field service operations.
• Manage recruitment, orientation, training, evaluation and development of personnel.
• Ensure customer sites meet standards and participate in corrective action programs.
• Maintain direct contact with customers through on-site meetings to ensure satisfaction.
