Rapido Talent is seeking an Account Executive in Phoenix, Arizona to own a high-opportunity territory and grow a national membership organization serving responsible gun owners.

You will prospect, present, and educate local partners such as ranges, retailers, instructors, and training partners while building lasting relationships and expanding the membership base. Expect evenings/weekends, with about 70% travel and a paid five-week training at headquarters in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to pass state insurance examination; pre-licensing provided.
• Pass sales presentation assessment after training.
• Travel about 70% within territory; most travel returns home the same night.
• Five-week paid training, including travel to Wisconsin.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business and build relationships with ranges, retailers, instructors, and local business owners.
• Deliver engaging presentations to groups and individuals, often after training classes.
• Educate prospective members on training, education, membership services, and liability protection.
• Use consultative sales to understand needs and close the right business; own the territory pipeline.
• Partner with marketing and support to organize events and maximize selling opportunities.
• Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, sales, and expense data in Salesforce.
