Rapido Talent in Tulsa, OK is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth in an established territory. You will reconnect partners, present to groups, and educate members on training, education, and liability protection, with emphasis on consultative sales and sustained pipeline management.

The role requires about 70% travel, evenings/weekends possible, and a five-week paid training program including on-site activities at HQ in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass state Property and Casualty insurance examination; pre-licensing training provided.
• Ability to travel approximately 70% within the territory; may return home the same night.
• Five-week paid training program with travel to company HQ in Wisconsin during weeks 1 and 5.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, presentations, and common business tech.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business and build relationships with ranges, retailers, instructors, and local business owners.
• Deliver engaging presentations to groups and individuals after classes.
• Educate prospective members on training, education, membership services, and liability protection.
• Use consultative selling to understand needs, close business, and own the local pipeline.
• Coordinate with marketing and support to organize events and maximize selling opportunities.
• Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, sales, and expense data in Salesforce and related systems.
