Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking motivated individuals for the District Manager Trainee (DMT) program in the Greater Phoenix Area. Over a 44-week training period, you will gain hands-on experience preparing to oversee multiple ALDI stores as a district manager.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, positive employee environments, and driving sales growth. Starting salary is $105,000 with a $5,000 signing bonus and scheduled increases through Year 4 to $140,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
• Ability to develop rapport and open communication.
• Ability to interpret ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Experience leading and developing store management teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store management team to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Plan and conduct district weekly operations calls and trainings.
• Oversee staffing, recruitment, and promotions within the district.
• Ensure compliance with policies and local regulations across stores.
• Drive operational excellence and achieve district KPI targets.
• Foster a positive working environment and teamwork among staff.
